Carriers & Tracking

Signature Required on All Deliveries

Signature confirmation is required on all deliveries, regardless of order value.

We may issue a refund minus any shipping or handling costs incurred, or reship the order after address confirmation.
Shipping Issues & Claims (72-Hour Window)
All shipping-related issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Delivered-but-missing packages

Claims submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible for replacement or reimbursement.
Delivered-But-Missing Packages
If tracking shows your package as “delivered” but you cannot locate it:

Check around the delivery location and with household members.

Contact us within 72 hours so we can initiate a carrier inquiry.
Title, Risk of Loss & Security

Ownership transfers at the time the order is shipped.

Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the address provided.
