RETURNS, SHIPPING & PURCHASE TERMS

By purchasing from Intelligent Life Pro (“ILP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the terms outlined below.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of confirmed delivery for eligible physical products that are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, including all components and accessories.

Installed, activated, or programmed systems are non-returnable.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Installed or activated systems

• Products showing signs of use or installation

• Monitoring services, subscriptions, activation fees, or digital products

• Clearance or final-sale items

All returns require prior authorization. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), contact support@intelligentlifepro.com.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified defect or shipping error by Intelligent Life Pro. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping & Delivery Claims

Shipping is limited to the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Signature confirmation is required on all deliveries.

Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. Claims for damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be honored.

Services & Subscriptions

Monitoring services, subscriptions, activation fees, and digital services are non-refundable once initiated, except where required by law.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact Intelligent Life Pro directly to resolve concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services.

Policy Updates

Intelligent Life Pro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
